Sunday Spooks #19

It’s a new week!  I’ve spent the last 4 days in Toronto for business AND pleasure, and I can’t wait to share with you all my adventures! We ate (ALOT) and met some really great people. For now, here’s the weekly round-up of the most useful stuff I found this last week:

1. But first, let me introduce you to Tatcha. A Japanese skin care line whose most popular product is the Rice Enzyme Powder:

Tatcha Rice Enzyme Powder

It’s a powder you mix with a bit of water to create a rich and lathery wash that will leave your skin polished and baby soft, instantly. Start with the travel size first to try it out before you commit to the full size – but I’m sure you’ll see the difference in texture after just the first wash.

2. Last week I shared the healthiest orders at the most popular fast food resty’s, and this week I found how to make good choices at any kind of place (even bodegas!). And it’s not just ordering salads.

3. Heard of Switchel? If not, read up on the benefits of apple cider vinegar and then consider making a weekly pitcher of Switchel that will help curb your appetite and keep you healthy – and is super cheap to make!

4. Do you spend SO much at the grocery store every time you buy for the week (I’m guilty)? Here’s 10 ways to keep your grocery bill low via Refinery 29.

5. The babe from A Vintage Vice, Emma Sousa, is our next career profile guest! Check back later this week to learn how she went from an intern at one of the most popular fashion magazines, to a full-time employee at one of the most popular fashion sites, all while juggling her own amazing style blog!

Bottoms up to enjoying this gorgeous weather,
